You'd think, given the amount of pumpkin waffles I've been making lately, and maybe the amount of chocolate, that pumpkin chocolate chip cookies would be a hit in this house.
They're not.
The recipe I made tonight was far too cake-like instead of true chocolate chip cookies. We ended up with pumpkin muffin tops with embedded milk chocolate chips. Good in theory, not so much in practice.
