Who the hell plans cleaning?

Wait, maybe this is about cleaning up one's planning processes, discarding processes that don't work or have used up their usefulness. I ask myself frequently if my planning processes work, if they are helping me plan better and get things done. When a step doesn't work, I stop doing that step. I recommend this cleaning for anyone.
