You can do this. And even if you don't, you'll still have mostly succeeded. Which is also awesome. You got this.

Get a pre-workout drink for energy and muscle repair. Also, get whey protein. They work for me and I'm 54. Psychologically, tell yourself, "they're only pushups, no big deal". That helps, too
