How to Start an Ultimate League
Here's how to start and run an ultimate league, based on my experience with my two ultimate leagues (though I started only the second one, as the first one was already running when I took over).
- Find fields lighted, big enough to play, without hazards
- Rent the fields
- Register players, deal with funds, draft, schedule, communication (email lists, websites), ongoing maintenance (games), tournaments, volunteers
