Okay, I've decided to start being healthier than I've been for a while. The biggest part of this change has been my diet change. In particular, I've stop eating red meat and dairy products at most meals. I've stopped eating my morning yogurt, eating dark greens instead. And instead of steak and lamb, I've switched back to fish for my proteins.
