I have useful (for me) lists I use when planning! Mostly when planning the week. In particular, I have a list of things I do every week:

  1. 10k steps a day
  2. Read a book
  3. Review said book
  4. Write daily
  5. Exercise daily (pushups, burpees, etc.)
