Homebrood Tryouts

Received the following email via the SFUL mailing list (which is odd, since I think SFUC players are probably more the level of HomeBrood players). I'd like to go to the tryouts to actually try out this time (instead of just checking out the drills like I've done in previous years with Fury). I sorta tried out with Heroine last year, but the pressure to play coed with the ex-Rippit and ex-PimP was too much. Well, that and the unpleasant personalities of a few players on Heroine, but that's another story.

Open tryout announcement for any female ultimate players interested
in playing for HOMEBROOD:

We will be holding 3 open practices for all interested female
ultimate players in March.  The practices will consist of drills and
scrimmages led by the current Brood.  We encourage any experienced or
up-and-coming players to attend.

Dates for tryouts:
Saturday, March 13  2-5pm, Cupertino*
Saturday, March 20  1-4pm, UCSC (lower fields)
Sunday, March 21  2-5pm, Cupertino*

After the open practices, we will invite some players to join us for
the Davis Ultimate Invitational, April 3rd & 4th, followed by an
additional invite practice.

*Exact locations and directions for the Cupertino fields will be
posted on our website http://www.homebrood.com/tryouts by March 5th.
