Lying on top of a building

A building in Vancouver has an art installation on the bottom N floors.

It reads "lyingontopofabuilding...lyingontopofabuilding...lyingontopofabuilding...thecloudslookednonearerthanwhenIwaslyingonthestreet".

Or rather, "Lying on the street... lying on the street... lying on the street... the clouds looked no nearer than when I was lying on the street."
