Baked Potatoes

This assumes medium to large potatoes.
Heat oven to 425˚F, rack to the middle of the oven.
Wash potatoes.
Place potato in the middle of a square of aluminum foil. Poke a bunch of times with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gather up the foil around the potato.
Put the potato on a cookie sheet, and into the oven.
Bake for 60 minutes.
